Admission Requirements

Please print out and complete the forms from the following links.

  • A filled out and signed Application (please type or print clearly)

  • A filled out and signed Statement of Financial Solvency

  • A filled out and signed Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A bank statement that shows the minimum balance of $14,000.00 U.S. If there is a sponsor, the sponsor must prepare this document.

  • A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 U.S. per prospective F-1 visa holder PLUS $100.00 U.S. per prospective dependent (do not send cash. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please DO NOT make your visa appointment with United States consular staff UNTIL YOU RECEIVE your preliminary migratory documents from the school. If you experience any delays after receiving your preliminary migratory documents, please notify the school as soon as possible.

  • If you plan to bring your dependent(s), a completed Dependent Information Form must be submitted with the complete application.
