Approved as a SEVIS school as of February 4, 2003, Access International Business Institute, founded in 1985, is a private language school adjacent to the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

The founder and director is Michael G. Milne, Ph.D.

Access International offers language learning programs including English as a second language and foreign language instruction. The standard term courses are of six weeks duration. Private tutoring is available by arrangement. Full time tuition, effective April, 2009: $990.00 per six week term (150 classroom hours). For 25 years our students have been referred to us by graduates of the program who enjoyed an excellent academic experience at Access, and by the international community of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, families who entrust us with the education of their family members and friends. We have placed more than 2,000 of our ESL graduates into outstanding American institutions of higher learning. And we are economical. This is because we do not pay the huge recruiter and agent fees passed along by other institutions to their students in the form of expensive tuitions. We are very proud of our school.
